The Formax FD6204 has built upon the design of the FD6202 model and the result is an amazing envelope inserting machine that takes your material, folds it and inserts it into an envelope with ease. It even seals the envelope shut. The touchscreen control panel, with the wizard job feature, easily assists operators through setup and operation.

By utilizing the AutoSet feature, you can setup a new job with the touch of a button as the FD6204 will automatically measure the paper length, envelope size and fold lengths. AutoSet can also store up to 15 recurring and frequent jobs to be accessed through the push of a button. With its powerful folding system, the FD6204 Series can fold up to 5 sheets of paper at a time.
