Step 2: Choose the size of the check you need:

1. ONE PERFORATION CHECK
   Please measure from the top of the document to the first perforation on a one perforation check.
    
   
2. TWO PERFORATION CHECK
   Please measure from the top of the document to the first perforation and then from the top of the document to the second perforation.
